Absolutely great experience from solid structures. From start to finish, Ryan was on the ball. From initial consultation, during installation and post installation Ryan was amazing. Big thank you to the front desk as well(sorry I can't remember her name) but they gave me a call everything there was an update or change. All of the installers were respectful and did an amazing job. There was a slight confusion on placement for one of the patios and Ryan immediately heard my concern, communicated with the crew and even stopped by after hours to make sure everything was settled and we were happy. Absolutely recommend solid structures for any hardscaping needs. Thank you guys again for am amazing job!

Solid Structures did a complete overhaul on our backyard! We went from having nothing in our backyard to a backyard oasis in a few short months. From initial design to completion of the job everybody was great! Ryan was incredible about assisting us with a design that encompassed what we wanted. Jason and his crew (Jared, Shawn & Taylor) were great! The crew was communicative throughout the process while explaining every process and addressing any concerns we may have had. Lucky and Montrel installed our outdoor kitchen pergola and it looks amazing! They took the time to make sure everything was perfect. We are very happy with the results of our backyard and highly recommend contacting Solid Structures to make you a backyard of your dreams!

I got turned on to Solid Structures first through The Home Depot. We were looking to have a fence install. We had The Home Depot do a few things for us in the past and were very pleased with the results. The fence was installed by Solid Structures and after completion I felt lucky to know Solid Structures and immediately knew I'd be working with them again. So thank you too The Home Depot. So this spring we hired Solid Structures for some hardscaping/ artificial turf installation. Everything went smoothly and turned out great. We also decided at the last minute that a tree was in the way so they removed it, stump and all. I also want to say that weather your dealing with the office personnel or the work crew, they're all exceptional and professional. Two thumbs up.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with the transformation of our backyard, thanks to Jason, Scott, Marino, Alex, Reina and Bri! From start to finish, their team was professional, detail-oriented, and truly brought our vision to life (check out the before pictures, proposal and the final products). Our new pool and hot tub are absolutely AMAZING, and the outdoor kitchen is the perfect addition for enjoying the space with friends and family. We loved the tiered gardens and backyard so much, we asked them to do the entire driveway. The stone paver deck, walkway, and driveway tie everything together beautifully and create such a functional outdoor space. We are beyond impressed with the craftsmanship, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. The team at Solid Structures cares about quality and customer satisfaction – every time I reach out, Jason (mostly Jason) is always there to help us understand the inner-workings of the pool and any required maintenance. SUMMARY - We HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to elevate their outdoor living space!

Pictures don’t do it justice! The hardscape their team completed is better than I pictured it. The team was professional and showed up each day ready to go. They understood what I wanted from a design perspective and executed perfectly. Highly recommend this company. We are very happy.

OK, bear with me here. Full review. My wife and I moved to Virginia Beach in August 2024. Lifelong Midwesterners. No need for an inground pool our entire lives. Part of the moving deal I made with my kids was that in exchange for positive attitudes, that we would get a pool once we got to Virginia. We shopped around for numerous options and builders and landed on solid structures. This, aside from moving to Virginia, may have been the best decision we made last year. Aaron and Kim and Alex and Stephen made the entire process easy, collaborative, and fun. We had very specific ideas of what we wanted and what we did not want (maybe we were not the easiest clients) and they listened and delivered the entire way through. Communication was such a massive deal for us as we had just moved, had never owned a pool, and had not embarked on such an ambitious landscape project ever before. The communication and updates throughout the build was top-notch. We never had to question when somebody was going to be at the house or what they would be doing when they were there. The whole process took about three months and finished on time and on budget. Along the way, we added a few things that we didn’t know at the beginning we would want, and they accommodated every request. As great as the communication and build process was during the project, I am all the more impressed with the support and follow up we have received after the project was complete. They have trained us on how to be competent pool owners, have always been on call for any follow up questions, and have checked in regularly to ensure that everything is in proper working condition. When a small piece in the pump was working incorrectly, they fixed and replaced it within 24 hours For no charge whatsoever. Landscaping, hardscapes, pool installation, are all huge investments of time, money, and energy. And having a partner like Solid Structures is massively important. I would recommend them wholeheartedly. The end result is a pool and landscape that my wife is in love with, my kids are enjoying regularly, and I feel great about.

The Solid Structures crew was very professional and easy to work with. They understood what my idea was and worked in a limited space to get the job completed within a realistic time frame. I love the new patio and the colors match well with the color scheme of my house.
